Staff are very kind and friendly.
They speak german and english.
Very nice and varied breakfast-buffet with fruits, juice, good bread, cheese ect ect

Very attentive and accommodating staff! The food was magnificent! The hotel's location is excellent: direct at the entrance to the center, 5 minutes to the train station and nevertheless peaceful. Lienz itself is small, but it has a very charming old town. Recommendable is also, a day trip (by train) to Innichen/st. Candido in South Tyrol. We are definitely coming again:-) … read more

Our travel group is again and again for 2 nights warmly welcomed, for our requirements all prepared, the staff are very friendly, eventual complaints or special requests are immediately from the reception or the direktionsleitung personally sorted out. After skiing we will in the hotel with half board sufficiently supplied. Due to the central location the evening for everyone available for free. The value for money is acceptable to us. … read more
