The staff is very friendly and speaks perfect german, logically but also italian and english visitor you could help.
The rooms are great clean and tidy, probably recently even renovated.
Wishes were without hesitation and insisting met.Dining room was cozy (a part of it in the conservatory), clean and typical for the country, comfortably furnished.
The food is great, good choice (although not huge), but everything was prepared with love and prepared. It was a very relaxing vacation, peace, relaxation, very nice mountains, great hiking also with snow shoes.

We were already the 5. time in this hotel and until ago always very satisfied, especially over the easy going atmosphere. Especially genießne the hour after skiing in the comfortable sauna area. The culinary part is very commendable, nice are also the evenings at the bar.

We were for the first time in Hotel Alpenhof and would or will come again. Commendable to point out was the diversity the evening menus, even if you as a guest no own selection meeting could, as you from other south tyrol hotels knows. Highlights of the week were daily fresh and frequently changing salads from the buffet, as well as gala dinner from a variety of fine ingredients.
The beautifully set tables - additionaly in a winter garden with a view of the mountain world- made every meal a small highlight of the day.
