Very friendly staff with little foreign language skills (with english and hands and feet not a problem) room cleaning alright where you the instruction at the door had. If something is missing, everyone helps gladly and promptly. Problems all-inclusive was the supervisor volt th. Cook mrs Manuela... Quick and competent helped. Who for this hotel nor something to moan about has, is also not more to help! For us it was a fantastic stay, the staff were continuous very friendly, courteous and attentive. We have a lot expected more, drinks order them and they also, it took forever, even though the hotel at best one-third was occupied. More on new year's Eve guests arrived, it was staff completely overburdened and in order to get a place to eat, one had to be already a lot Lucky. The hotel on UNN a bipartite impression leave. A strength is clear the restaurant, the quality the offered food was almost always very good, the variety reasonable, the topics changed daily. With 160 spacious rooms, 20 suites and 1 villa, all facing the Indian Ocean, the resort provides the ideal setting for a relaxing and luxurious stay at any time of the year.     The spacious and luxuriously designed rooms (from 55 m²), suites and the villa offer the ultimate in comfort and are spread through casuarinas, coconut trees, frangipanes, hibiscus and bougainvilleas in 22 acres of tropical gardens.
