• Location
  This charming business hotel enjoys an ideal location between Postiguet beach and the marina, next to the Marina de Levante recreation area, the new maritime promenade and the new Casino. The maritime station where crafts set sail to Tabarca Island is nearby and it is around 200m from Alicante’s tourist and shopping centre. A few metres from the hotel guests will find a tram stations with connections to several towns in the Costa Blanca area and theme parks, such as Terra Mítica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia. It is 12 km to the nearest airport.
• Facilities
  The Suites del Mar rooms were inaugurated in 2007 to complement the Spa Porta Maris hotelier project, which comprises 45 Junior Suites del Mar and 2 Suites del Mar, in addition to 113 Standard rooms and 19 Junior Suites Spa Porta Maris. The hotel’s shared facilities include a cafeteria, TV lounge and bar, a panoramic terrace with sea views, a business centre with Internet access, free Playstation area and a park for children. The air-conditioned hotel also has a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out service, WiFi Internet access, a cloak room and lift access, as well as a cashier with currency exchange facilities. Coffee is served in the morning, room and laundry services (fees apply to both) are available and there is also an à la carte restaurant with a spectacular sea view. There is a hairdressing salon on the premises and guests arriving by car can use the public parking facilities with direct access to the hotel (charges apply).
• Rooms
  The suites have a terrace with views of the bay or marina and two 1.50 x 2 m beds or 1 king-size bed. Each has a private bathroom with an innovation design, equipped with a hairdryer, hydro-massage bath (in a most of them) and a shower facing the sea. The living room is fitted with exclusive furniture and has a work table, relaxation area, telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar (local charge), in-room safe, pillow menu, bathrobes and complimentary WiFi Internet access. An ironing set and centrally regulated air conditioning and heating also feature in all accommodation units as standard. Access to an exclusive sanarium complex is included for guests staying in Suites del Mar.
• Sports/Entertainment
  The hotel offers a spa centre, an urban spa comprising an outdoor complex with a swimming pool (covered in winter) with poolside snack bar (charges apply), a sun terrace with sea views and sun loungers and parasols laid out for use, a hot tub and foot bath. The indoor complex has a hydrotherapy circuit with a thermal bath, steam room, Turkish bath, sauna, ice room and hydro-massage bath. In addition to this, the spa offers a beauty centre with spa and massage treatments, cardio-fitness room and a unisex hairdresser (all with a local charge and specials discounts for guests). There is also a heated indoor pool. Access to the sanarium complex is included for Suite del Mar. This circuit is composed of a gym, wet/dry sauna with aromatherapy and relaxing music, a hot tub, ice fountain, showers and outdoor swimming pool (only in summer) with a panoramic views over the sea. Bathrobes or towels are included. The nearest golf course is only 5km away and surfers with find ample opportunities to go surfing by the nearby beach.

  A buffet style breakfast and a continental breakfast are served, while lunch and dinner can be selected from set menus.
