All languages more or less good German, hard-working also around. You felt welcome. A smile ( and really sometimes tip!) and what was possible, was fulfilled. There was no complaints in our opinion, apart from the speaker sounds also here as in all other hotels in Bulgaria in the foyer too loud and aggressive for the nevertheless at this time older audience is. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
In the entire hotel you can communicate well with German. The cleaning crew languages however only their language.
The cleaning of the rooms was fine. With a tip of 1 euros was for example the bed daily nicely decorated. Depending on the cleaning lady the room was clean... Sometimes more, sometimes less.
The games room was only rarely open, which a great shame was.
Our balcony door was broken, but after complaint immediately repaired.The hotel is with enough bars equipped on every corner you will with drinks and snacks supplies.

We cannot not understand, that some this hotel so bad. In our eyes, it is the perfect holiday hotel. The staff are professional and very friendly ( smile and the world laughs back, this is for some miesmacher!). The hotel is in a perfect location, in other words directly at the beach and the spa possibilities are infinite, especially the 30 degrees warm indoor swimming pool and the 28 degrees warm outdoor swimming pool are wonderful. Everything is totally clean. Sveti Konstantin is just a place to be comfortable. And the best hotel there is, and will remain, the azalea. … read more

Good middle class hotel right next to the sea with breathtaking view of the sea from all guest rooms and good pool area. The dishes were tasty but almost daily the same food with focus chicken in all variants. … read more
