Hotel is very beautiful and decorated up to date free wi-fi-front desk, as well as mounted laptops without payment around the hour could be used, on the top floor there was a wiispieleraum. The hotel room was very clean and spacious particularly the shower was a highlight as a regentropfendusche was. For questions and problems stood the staff help unfortunately spoke however only english. Since we a defect with the window had have we immediately with the front desk help requested within 5 minutes was a technician and repetierte this. Location
The hotel is strategically located 5 minutes from IFEMA Exhibition Centre, the Congress Palace and Juan Carlos I Auditorium. Plenilunio shopping centre is within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus station and access to public transport are also with walking distance. Madrid-Barajas Airport is just 5 minutes from the hotel and the city centre is 15 minutes' drive away.
Facilities
The hotel facilities include a restaurant, café, chill-out room, a business centre, a reading lounge with TV, function rooms for any type of event and a covered car park with security surveillance (fees apply). Built in 2009, the air-conditioned establishment features 217 rooms, a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and lift access. There is a bar and Wii games room on site, and guests may take advantage of the WLAN Internet access. Room and laundry services are provided for additional fees. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport and IFEMA.

How to get there
From the airport T1 take the ramp onto Autovia de Acceso al Aeropuerto de Barajas (motorway). Take exit 2 for the E90. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for the M-14/M-40. Keep right at the fork, follow the signs for A-2/Zaragoza/E-90 and merge onto Avenida de Aragón. Turn right at Calle de Aragón. Turn left at Calle de Campezo.
