Rooms are more or less fine. Should be partly already renovated. Our room was very run-down. The sauna area is very nice apart from 2 remaining saloontüren the quite noise. The rooms are poorly soundproofed. The staff are very accommodating. Through the skibusanschluss is the location good (every 10 minutes goes the bus - however not free)
Breakfast buffet is - apart from missing wholemeal bread-rich. Bread, jams, sausage and cheese are not of high quality.
Largest weak point of the hotel is the quality of the evening menu. The salad buffet is good. But very kalorienhaltig cooked. Much fat on pasta … read more

The service from the serving staff was good and always polite and accommodating.
the rooms were clean.during our stay disappointed the kitchen. The instruction on the menu, that ' isolated on frozen foods' resorted confirmed for our taste too often. The food was all in all too long kept warm, so the fresh and the taste of the food problem.
the selection (3-, 2 main courses, 3 dessert) and quantity is adequate.

We were from. 26,06 to 03 July 2010 for the first time in South Tyrol.
The trip we booked on the Internet. We were rather curious, what to expect, since we also no information on the hotel on holidaycheck found.
This hotel is a hundred % recommended. We have from the check-in until check-out simply felt comfortable.

50 meters from the ski lift directly to the hotel.
In the salad buffet could I. absolutely great!
Rare in a hotel experienced such friendly staff.
We were already for the third time in this hotel and we are looking forward to 2011.
