unfortunately we had our reservation (3 months in advance) totally forgot. It was by the daughter after 20 minutes ring open, to explain there is no reservation. We had in the open wait until 3 hours later the landlady came. The US offered rooms were not ready. The whole hotel was under construction, with junk and Baustuttzugestellt. The rooms belonging bathroom was torn out we could only use the shared bathroom in the hallway which was freezing and was not particularly clean.
