  The hotel is situated directly on the ski slopes of the Monterosa ski area, 100 metres from the gondola departure in Monterosa (with 180 km of slopes). The bus station is opposite the hotel.
• Facilities
  A hotel offers B and B service. There is a lift on each floor and there is the possibility of wireless Internet connection on a laptop in the hall and in the bar of the hotel totally free of charge. The hotel facilities include a bar, living room, and a heated and modern ski room. In the same building guests can find a pub-restaurant, a sport and ski rental shop, the mountain guides' bureau, a grocery shop, cash point and automatic launderette with washing machine and dryer. There are a total of 16 guest rooms on offer. The establishment also contains a lobby, games room, TV lounge, children's playground and a café. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

By bus: take the Torino - Aosta or Milano - Aosta lines. Change in Pont-Saint-Martin and continue on the Pont-Saint-Martin - Gressoney-Saint-Jean local line.
