What do you have to say. With such prices could already a top hotel expect. Unfortunately we had on arrival no room( despite reservation by email) and should into another hotel. Finally, after a long debate finally was a room found the number 19 unfortunately right next to the laundry room. The bathroom was tiny the shower also, shower curtain molded (smells), no shelf space. After one night we asked for a room changing in the number 20 and the was OK. The only place to stay in Santorini is Imerovigli and the only place to stay at Imerovigli is On The Rocks. From the moment we arrived the service and staff were superb. The room cosy and clean. The breakfast brought to our private balcony, or straight to us in bed, was delicious and always on time. The staff had great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had a great time.

We stayed at On the Rocks Hotel this May for 5 nights. Imerovigli was definitely the best location on the island. The service and staff were exceptional, the views spectacular and the rooms simple and elegant. Katerina was great! Although we booked a double room she upgraded us to a lovely Suite. Everything was perfect to the last details from the reservation to our departure. Thank you On The Rocks!!!

The greetings in the hotel were friendly. We came a glass sparkling wine and somewhat to the island told. In the hotel only English is spoken. The staff is nice any more and not less.A restaurant does not have the hotel. One can order or at the pool to itself take some little things (very expensive) on the room. Once we ordered a Mojito, which about 15 at the pool - 20 min. on itself let wait. Also long control rooms was not necessarily worthwhile oneself, so that we did without further orders.
