The reception staff are very friendly and flaws immediately. English was understood and spoken.
The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, the beds fresh and clean changed. fremdgastronomie in the building, it is not review.Kitchen fully equipped and clean. In our apartment lag to the bathroom everywhere dark laminate. But there is also apartments with floorboards.
Duplicate window. Flat screen, music-complex( cd, usb ), balcony.
But there is also yet apartments with tubes tv.
In the bathroom only bath tub with shower hose. Iron and board available.A building made from prefabricated slabs in the positive meaning.

We booked through the internet and abhand the beautiful pictures decided an apartment to rent. Umsoschlimmer the awakening, when we in our shabby apartment arrived. Absolutely uncomfortable, they could still with bypass, but the flaws, in each rooms visible were bad: Schlafzimmertüre with a hole, Bedside lamp broken, the bathtub in the bathroom with überpinseltem mold, the shower was difficult for us. On the positive side is the spacious layout the room in the apartment and the great starting point for excursions. The apartments at the Brandenburg gate in former residential and beach chairs as the took suggests, really in the NeHe to Brandenburg gate, so pretty much central. It became clear personally and by telephone, that the time we left around 10:00 the a few hours (13-14 hours) will, as in extreme minus (-10 °C.) the baby (5 months) not long outside can hang out.
Previously, it was everything not a problem, the commitment that no choice extra cost has been too given.
