  Lying on a peninsula directly beside Lake Fuschl, this hotel enjoys fabulous views over the mountains of the Salzkammergut, which was the setting for the film Sisi. Housed in the former residence of the archbishop of Salzburg, the building is now under monument protection. Links to the public transport network are to found just 600 m from the hotel. Hof bei Salzburg offers various shopping opportunities around 1.5 km away and the centre of Salzburg as well as Faistenau ski area are roughly 15 km from the hotel. It is some 25 km to Salzburg airport.
