Di rezeptoion is almost without exception with charming staff and mitarbeiotern manned, the friendly and extremely competent apparently like their job. The service in the restaurant seems to a bit chilly, but apparently only from the fear of foreign languages-so take courage-it is a nearly each desire fulfilled and a smile replaced often the lack of italian words. Hotel in the middle of Palermo, to the noisy via Vittorio Emanuele. We had a room on the courtyard, that is why we are however never heard a thing. With two steps one is in the middle of the evening hustle and bustle of Palermo. Very chic, stylish hotel. Only fly in the ointment: when checking out was initially the wrong car from the parking -uS half an hour cost, what the staff at reception apparently not interested. Good, centrally located hotel in the historic center from Palermo. Ideal for a short business -stay. Restaurants, café, trattorien etc. Are reachable on foot. The ** ** * star standard justified. Downside only for the size of the room. It was also for a single room with approximately 15 meters² very modest. Room with little light and without a balcony, but quiet and modernly furnished. Daily is 30 minutes use of the internet in the room price included. Location
The hotel is located near the historical harbour in the heart of Palermo's Old Town. It is 150 m from Piazza Marina and around 10 km from Monreale. Palermo Airport is around 35 km away.
Facilities
The charming hotel is a 19th-century baroque-style building with modern interiors, renovated in 2010 and offering a total of 86 rooms and suites. How to get there
From the A29 motorway Palermo-Trapani/Mazara del Vallo towards Palermo, continue on the same way which goes through the city and becomes Viale della Regione Siciliana (E90). After 7 km take the exit to Corso Calatafimi and follow directions to ‘Centro’. Stay on the main road and after reaching Piazza Indipendenza turn around the square keeping the direction of travel up to Porta Nuova. Carry on along Via Vittorio Emanule and after 1.5 km guests will find the hotel on the right hand side.
