In the middle - hotel with atmosphere

A perfect hotel, if the french quarter on foot fathom and in the middle want to be. We felt very good. Our room had an extra-chamber than walk-in closet, so there was plenty of room for clothes. The bathroom had a massive shelf space, a dream for women. You have to be aware, that it is an old (historic ) hotel and you don't new expensive knick-knack with the sanitation finds. The drain at the washbasin and in the shower (bath tub with curtain) was very bad, the but after complain immediately. Sometimes it smells a bit strange in the … read more

In March 2009 for a 3 days stay I stayed at this hotel in New Orleans. I won Priceline. It is on the edge of the French Quarter, so you can feel safe at night, but it is in a quiet location and in a few minutes walk you are in the heart of the action. The hotel is a bit dated and it shows. Just returned this makes it but more charm than a new box with 08/15-style décor.
