Although the hotel is situated on a busy street, which was not a problem as you hardly hear the traffic. Had a room to the street. In 5 minutes walk is a Tim Horton away where a quick morning coffee or take breakfast. The drive to Mall West Ed takes about 5 minutes by car; just down the road.
