  This attractive apartment complex is located in the lively centre of Ca'n Picafort, about 12 km from the tourist area of Alcudia. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues (a shopping zone with shops, supermarkets, bars/pubs, restaurants and nightclubs) are located in the immediate vicinity. The beach is only 10 minutes away and the nearest public transport network (bus, taxi, rental cars) are also within walking distance.

  The building was built in 1982 and renovated in 1994. The 20 apartments cover 2 blocks, each with 3 floors and their own entrance.
