Hotel The Fairmont Empress^{(5 stars)}

We had the room from Germany booked half a year before. When we arrived at the front desk had to first be searched for minutes to the rooms. That we received two tiny rooms each with queensize bed (we were 4 people). After multiple complaints the next day we moved to a bigger room. Staff very rude There are beautiful restaurants in the hotel, but very expensive. We enjoyed the tea time in the Teasalon and had to use per person will pay $55 for tea and snacks.
