Were all very friendly to us. The lady at the reception spoke very good German. To the cleaning of the rooms by the staff during the stay I can't say, only a week cleans itself. One remains two weeks, once cleaned, hopefully better than we it when we arrived found!
Bed sheets you can even bring along or for 8 €per person rent. Towels and bath-towels must one itself bring along, a tea towel was available, but I don't know, if the not only coincidence, was in fact. I recommend that's why the carriage.

The complex is ideal for family vacation!
The property was just, but sufficient equipped ( for example so to cook, but we were mostly in restaurant Sirmione food).
The existing air conditioning did not bother us - we were on the ground floor accommodated; at night it was sufficiently cool.
There the complex of many families use and all the windows open, the noise level was at night sometimes a little noisy (with us for example schreiendes baby and tourists, on the terrace Songs sung and instruments played...)! Residence Punta Gro is a nice, well-kept location with functional and very simply furnished apartments. If you want a luxury hotel, this is not the place to go. The rooms are relatively small, but adequate in good weather, as far as we could see, each room has a balcony or terrace, an act generally perceived as the 'open-air dining-room' are used. The front desk is very nice and helpful, you can easily book tennis court or bicycles.

It offers no hotel, but a residence (ferienwohnungen). We had an apartment on the first floor and there we only to 3. were traveling, was the space of the i 5-6 places for sleeping equipped apartment (about 55 square meters) good.
The catalogue (newly furnished) was correct also the bathroom was modernized. Our condo was not directly in the residence, but in a small private road about 200 meters away from the Lake Garda.
