The personnel was exceedingly polite and forthcoming. They were taking care so that everything is clean and orderly. The rooms are cleaned every three days. The place is a winner of some "family-friendly place" award and it truly is family-friendly. Play room for children and child-care are offered as a standard. Billard pool plus, a tv/bar lounge, plus all the spa facilities (swimming pool, two kinds of baths, massage and other) create a broad offer, which one can only attempt to exhaust in a weeks time.

The staff were very hard-working and friendly, US language to give information and US could generally be helped. For us it was not so nice, the water pressure in our shower to be desired left. But with friends of us everything was OK. Tip to the cleaning. If a guest down falls, looks he automatically lower the bed... The cleaning ladies do.
Breakfast is excellent. You should book.
In the surrounding area, the city first of all on the cleanliness on the to the beach and on Dünenrand eighth. Here would be the tax well laid out.

The hotel has may potential. However is the 'around' (dining, sporting activities, general touristic infrastructure) unattractive. The wellness area is nice, however very busy, so the relaxation factor not very high. There the building especially of families with children frequented (also we are with our 3-year old child been there) is the noise level quite high. Whoever is looking for peace and quiet, far away from any hustle and bustle, is right at home here. The child-friendly hotel is clean and modern, the food tastes delicious and the staff are polite and accommodating. Only with the German communication is a little difficult. The beach is within walking distance easy to reach. One comes by means of direct beach stairs to the sea. In short, it was a really beautiful week at the Polish Baltic Sea. We would gladly come again.
