Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Even if nobody in the house was present, you need only a bell and within 2 minutes someone came.
The house is very tidy and clean.Breakfast buffet in the restaurant 50 meters further. The buffet is rich and good.Air conditioning, tv available.

The hotel is El pasaje in the center of Madrid. Everything is easily reachable on foot. The rooms are functional equipped. The furniture and bathroom are relatively new. The front desk from the sister hotel Viktoria four looked after, so that one little waiting time was found to be good. The breakfast buffet is also served there.
