I was for the 4. time in Bulgaria. Sirius beach was with distance the worst hotel. The 4 stars are not justified. On arrival were cobwebs in the toilet-pool, the general cleanliness should be improved. Some employee should be at your friendliness work. Despite sun and 27° was the pool no longer open. The cleaning staff gave itself trouble. Was very friendly. In the food area more indifferent. The extremely loud music in the restaurant prevented any conversation and also ask only brief silent made. At the front desk there was only one staff at the impression aroused, that the comfortable and the happiness of the guests at the heart is located.We had booked all inclusive. Thanks ITS. We have another hotel booked not pleased. I stayed at its called and have the this known. The Woman R. S. Has very much for us and right for us cared. A day later we are in Sirius beach moved. Thanks to Mrs S. in the hotel the guide Mrs Mariya Petrova around us weitergekümmert. Everything was great and easy expired.
