I do not know with what right this four star hotel has. For me no more than two All-inclusive. The i know different. Coffee gave it only to 10:00 and from 15:00 until 5:00 p. m. The entire condition was ok. The location was great. But that was it already. Only trouble we had, every day happened was it new. After the bugs in the food, we only stayed in. Our travel agent has probably the wrong profession. Did not. The last three days they were friendly, because we were at the top garment had. On 10 ... and 11. 10. 2013. There was a medical there instead. And see since. You could laugh and say hello.' And even furniture on the terrace, knife. Everything was changed. Even germany were at once on the smoker terrace until. I ask you now. Is a vacationers 2. choice. Still another tip to the hotel manager. Maybe they should more often for a conversation with guests.     The food were ok... Not very warm... But you could live with it... Only the restaurant chef, was impossible, he served with the fingers at the buffet... Complaints were not taken seriously, until then a bugs in the food was... And we are at the top have complained about... Glasses came directly from the dishwasher... Plates mostly damaged, knife totally blurred... Staff did only the bare minimum to the chef... Chairs on the terrace were full with bird excrement, they were not cleaned once... I would give a star, but only for Dany and Nico, they all worked.

We enjoyed the hotel glarus very good. Especially the good location to the beach and the sea. In between was only a small promenade to the gold beach center led. On the beach you could beach chairs and sun screens check-out counters, as well as jet skiing. There were also massagestände on the beach, which we didn't geneutzt have, since everyone could watch them. The hotel was clean, the rezeptionpnisten friendly and could also speak german. The buffet was good, but the selection could have been a little better. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner good. There were different dishes, the ... evening there was a chef freshly cooked. As i said, a bit more variation would not be bad. At the pool we were not so often, but it seemed to be clean. There the beach directly in front of the hotel lag, we usually go there. Water was great. Since we our room to the beach, we had a great view. The room was with a tv, large closets and mini bar well, the badezmmr very clean, the cleaners came every day, but a little small. The place gold beach we really liked, since much was offered, from discos, restaurant and various stores with a great clothes and everything was very cheap. Conclusion: my wife and i really liked it and we are definitely coming again. read hotel review

Large but pleasant hotel, a little off the beaten path. We had booked all inclusive and the tourist structure was rather international and middle-aged guests. Also families, but not too much. read hotel review

    The rooms were great. We had a great view of the ocean. The size was absolutely well and it was also clean. The rooms were cleaned every morning and everything was tip top. In our room was also technically everything was ok.

    We do not have so much free time there participated, we were always on the way. A fitness room, but there was in the hotel. The pool area was well maintained and clean. The pool bar was rather bulgarian class :-)

Nice clean hotel at the end of the gold beach. It was all-inclusive and half board were offered. Very international guests of a middle age. In the lobby there was free wireless internet and renting could one at the reception rent itself. read hotel review

    Even if we vacation with friends made in order to experience a few things, we were glad, that the hotel is outside was. As we wanted at night time sleep. The glarus is located directly on the great wide sandy beach. To the center you could either along the beach promenade, or one took this train, there runs.

    The food was ok. There was more international dishes. The buffet was not completely so large, but one was full. For breakfast there was not as much alternation, but plenty of choice. The drinks were to 10:00 p. m. free.

    So much activities were not offered, but we wanted also not in a club holiday, so for us this was absolutely ok. The beach is so close, since we had to always at the pool. At the beach there were a lot of leisure time offers from the third party.

    Our rooms were large and clean. The rooms were with tiled floors, which i definitely hygienic think. We had a television, air conditioner, etc. and the view of the sea. In the bathroom a hair dryer was available and also there was always thoroughly cleaned.

    The staff was really nice and friendly, unfortunately, in the service was not so many speak english well, but at the reception german and english. Our rooms were regelmäßg cleaned. Either in the morning or for lunch, depending on, when one rises, but definitely it was daily done.

Great 7 days vacation without problems or other complaints. Top breakfast starting with toast eggs in all variations, etc. Buffet every day 2 soups 3 different main dishes plus grill Chicken, pork or beef meat per day extra in the offer, it was also daily fresh fruit in masses and always freshly made pancakes (pancakes) fullest satisfaction with food and friendliness of the staff. It should be the write the food is always the same in deutschlandoder Austria a week in a hotel where there are buffet gives you will be astonished also there it is again and again again. ... Room was always fine and every day fresh towels if desired. Hotel is definitely the east awarded 4 stars But naturally there were always again dissatisfied guests as everywhere. I would go back again and stay at the glarus stay and would recommend it, Still not to mention the party mile something far away from the hotel which we super found the who wants silence has there. We were on the 2. day from the safety deposit box next to the reception (not visible from there) a folder with Identity card, 2 credit cards and 5 50 €stolen. A 2. folder with money, as well as the documents remained unverschont. The safe was locked and is located in addition to a personal safe, the from the hotel used. When we on the 3. day the passports merely wanted, much us the theft on. We received display in the local police, all open safe's revised and nothing found. We were treated as cheats. The police worked with the ... hotel boss together. I should an interpreter (per hour 1 5 €) acquire. Then with (by chance) a bulgarierin the a friend to the police had, and whose daughter spoke perfect german everything else with the police Regulated. Also in Germany display because of heavy theft and theft of identity card refunded. This form the fax machine of the boss sent. The pressure on the front desk staff was always bigger, to i then on the 2. day after the theft a phone call the front desk got, that i come down should. There presented me the unspoilt natural charm of the folder with the entire contents, the in an empty safe was found. The police turned me egg document, that i again everything received. At the front desk is a 4 star certificate certificate from the year 2009. At the bar is a 3 star certification-document from the year 2009. Certifications are required to repeat! The hotel has maximum 2 stars! At the pool there was a pool bar, the no star. Coffee gives it only from 15 to 17 o'clock, only domestic alcohol, no long drinks, always only in the afternoon, the same pizza and the same cake, 5 different non-alcoholic beverages and wine, chairs without cushions and tables simplest camping-plastic. Drink only from plastic cups. The food in the restaurant is cheapest ... food (for example jams from boxes), it didn't taste and was not varied. Table cloths were rude dirty and at best once between breakfast and lunch or dinner were changed. The majority of the staff speaks neither german, nor english and understands nothing. The pool is barely room, beach chairs not to be moved, everywhere displayed, over 30 birds (swallows) skim the pool area and bekoten people, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, soil and the pool, not even chlorine was (a health time bomb!). Towels with holes, carpets with stains and rarely cleaned. Air conditioning way too weak. Constantly were no towels in the room were changed, even later with the request this yourself to want, we did not receive and had with the dirty, already on the floor the towels dry. The staff is rude, lazy and in most areas not professional. Is not 4 star character. Hotel has the flair of a hostel. Food an impertinence. The staff is miserable. Chaos in the much too small dining room. Staff was partly unfriendly. , to a large part of russian guests. read hotel review
