We have the hotel staff always friendly and competent felt. Since we spoke spanish and spoke english with them, we cannot over german nothing say.
The cleaning of the rooms, the service for breakfast and at the front desk were very good and reliable.
Reasons for complaints did not give it.In our room rate was the breakfast buffet inclusive.
The restaurant is in the basement. The room seemed very small, proved but completely sufficient. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. The buffet was always well stocked.

The hotel is very centrally located, so all attractions are within walking distance. Despite location right on the Gran Via was still not loud in the room, the close window good. The rooms are in good condition, the rooms had just been freshly painted and are decorated in a modern style. However not very carefully the work done. The cleaning of the room was in good working order. The can't say from the front desk. When we checked in, we were told that our room was ready around 1pm. Against 3:30 PM you then decided to give us an another room. At check-in plenty of copies of Photo identification and credit card ripped off and you get any forms for signing required unfortunately only in Spanish are written.
