It was like in the paradise, only big drawback was our view ( balcony), we had with a view of the sea and also more paid, this we did, but on the 13 floor with a concrete wall we had a chair to get over the wall to look. It have all rooms view of the sea the more the other less, it is just a large rip-off but more to ask for money. The hotel had certainly seen better times - renovation is supposedly may 2014. the food was varied and pretty good (4 stars level think in southern europe), the drinks were of bad quality (all-inclusive). Cheap rum, Tequila - beer inedible. The coffee horrible. The us and uk seems nothing to distinguish the guests. Me already. A shame, otherwise stay in better remember... read hotel review

A nice hotel in the middle of the party zone of Cancun, but with quiet areas. The all inclusive offer was very good in all areas. The beach is very narrow, but fantastically beautiful, off in the afternoon also partially in the shade, which in Mexico have to be a disadvantage. Food and drinks were very good, the staff was very friendly and tried hard. The rooms correspond to the us standards and are very clean and well maintained. Trendy clubs and many shopping possibilities are directly next to the hotel. I have 3 days on my nachreisende family waited ... and relaxation. All in all this hotel was absolutely well worth a positive recommendation. read hotel review

Unfortunately already relatively worn, apparently in may 2014 for three months for rennovation. Staff speaks bad english than three years ago. Wi-fi not as previously in the lobby for free, but only 90 minutes/day in the piece and only limited. Own mailprogramme can't be used, but only some browsers.     Foreign language skills of the staff have rather taken. German as well as not, english and sometimes also not really good. Was better before. Doctor in the house (24 hours) The staff was generally very friendly. Room cleaning okay, but sometimes only at 15 o'clock. Complaints are after a little emphasis positive done.

    Right on the long white sandy beach, depending on the weather relatively narrow. The sea is great with many fish. The opposite shopping mall is relatively dead - there are at least one third of the empty businesses. Bus stop directly before the hotel. Many places in the area, but we due to the all-inclusive food not use.

    Room and bathroom big enough. Already a bit worn. The hotel is supposedly next year reserves. However, everything functioned very well, even if a glühbirnentausch unfortunately two days. Please note: room in the 13. floor have a balcony, unfortunately you can on the wall (i guess about 140 centimeter high and one meter thick) do not look and see only the horizon

    Pools very nice, the beach was nice, but depending on the weather partly narrow. Showers available at the beach. Enough beach chairs. Entertainment was rather discreet.

    Food from the buffet were always the same, and not very well seasoned and not very hot, but everything was very clean and hygienic. We have two of the three theme restaurants visited, but also not really loved it.

We had a lovely 2 weeks here in September. The weather was very hot with just 1 day of rain. The hotel has a lively atmosphere catering mostly for an adult population. The pool swim up bar being extra popular, to the point we did not use, prefering the quieter area. There are 4 different pools to chose from so that every taste is catered for. The staff in all areas of the hotel are especially friendly, this stood out even to us well travelled friends. Hotel decor is tired but still very clean and well kept. Position for the ... beach supurb and right in place for all the famous cancun night life. Coco Bongo;s just 10 mins walk. Of an eveneing we found the waiters love to serve you well espcially if you give them a small tip once in a while, they will make you all feel very special. This is not compulsory and does not get in the way of good service. In all go for a get up and go holiday with lots to do or laid back and enjoy, either way get youselves out there. read hotel review

A great hotel with super delicious kitchen. Service was perfect. Guests internationally, we were almost the only German, but the bothered us not. Shops and public transportation on the doorstep. A all round great vacation, definitely again! read hotel review
