Having recently booked out this whole hotel we were dismayed to be treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully by the owner. Although the hotel itself is very nice, we were left with a bad taste in our mouths by the treatment we received. Furthermore, having made an official complaint to the hotel, we still haven't received the apology we feel we are owed.
