The only good thing to say about this Hotel is the location! We booked two double rooms one was okay - still it is far away from 4 stars but the room was with a bad view, but OK! We checked in at about 02:00 pm, Check-In was starting from 01:00 PM - Our other room wasnt done! We have again this hotel taken, since the location is ideal for visiting the adventmärkt is. Everything is in a short time. The room was again clean, and by the size liked it. What to be criticized is, the extra bed for our daughter in a bad state was. It was missing some latches but it was at least very clean. Restaurants and shops by the location directly outside of the hotel. Who it nice, simple and traditional like, is here at the correct place. as is said, terrible! The Receptionist was screaming and yelling at us because we told him that our room wasnt ready for check-in because they didnt clean it!not 4 stars at all! Bad view! Annoying smell! Good 2 stars Hotel!The only good thing to say about this Hotel is the location!

The hotel is an ideal starting point for all activities in Salzburg. It is located directly in the pedestrian area and in three minutes the getreidegasse and the mirabell capacity. The only drawback of this location is, that the hotel had no parking available. Nearby there is a parking garage with the hotel and one at 13 euros per day parking. These additional costs of hotel einkalkulierem. One could drive however on arrival and departure from the hotel.
