Staff totally unfriendly, 9 waiters look rather loud tv instead of to operate, staff want to or can not speak german or english,Food always cold even if freshly comes, in pizzamehl the sparrows a dust-bath, all tables and chairs are full of bird droppings,The showers are moldy, the shower is not close and runs into the bathroom, the balcony was never cleaned, rooms okay.Mostly local, all-inclusive, weak occupied, next to a construction ruins,

With the staff one comes already clear. If you have a understand. When there were defects they react immediately and try to get rid of them. The foreign languages skills but could developed a little. The cleaning of the rooms worked out very well. Daily the towels were changed and the soil was wiped. The mirror in the bathroom but also times deseams you know apparently not. Hotel employees for the service very good, it is always in the morning cleaned!
The waiters have cell phones also sunday here efficient phone so you can't sleep in!Good for bulgarian standardsSince these are new, the rooms are well equipped. TV there is, only bulgarian program!The hotel is very new, room is very good.

All inclusive breakfast food for bulgarian conditions very well.Besides pool bar here is very little. For children very much. Respect

During our travels the staff were friendly and the wishes of the guests set. The foreign language skills were with German and English
Enough to communicate.
The rooms were maintained daily and a additional laundry own laundry service. Ärzliche care was available.

Unfortunately we were at our arrival evenings at present only with large eyes looked at, we were apparently not expected!
