The staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly every day. Towels could against a deposit can be rented.Very decent and upscale hotel. All very clean and well-kept.In october was' only the main restaurant is open. Here you were accompanied to the table. The food was in buffet form. Some dishes before the eyes of the guests prepared.
In addition you can the dinner in the chinese or italian restaurant in use, which is very recommendable.
The restaurant is very clean.The rooms are big enough. Desk, refrigerator, safety deposit box, balcony : everything available, clean and tidy.The beach is right … read more

Hotel was on arrival, it was overbooked. It was for one night a substitute offered. As compensation was all inclusive offered. Waiter in the all inclusive-bar very rude. For about 7 years corresponded the hotel the 5 stars category, the rooms are unfortunately so run-down, that 4 stars are not more to be achieved.
The food is still rich and good, the service has strongly neglected. Partly pretentious and as a consequence of the crisis, tourists unfortunately quite ripped off. The all inclusive package for drinks isn't recommendable, since the wines and soft drinks cheap fakes are. With ultra all inclusive one receives at least glasses, beio normal all inclusive unfortunately only plastic cup, the everywhere float around.

Criticism:
-) cutlery:
One has itself not yourself can, you always had to wait until a waiter comes, whereby the waiters very poor are.
-) long trousers:
Evenings have men long pants to pay, otherwise they were allowed not at all in the dining area. If you somehow with shorts stepped and inside you a waiter so seen, has he likes to out-sent and you have only come back if you long pants to carry ( summer vacation, long pants I thought I'll be around)

It pleased us everything very well very friendly staff, super the range of dishes on offer and drinks (3 restaurants stand to the selection) at all times, many possibilities to go swimming without at 6:00 o'clock a towel on any beach chair to have everything sufficiently available, clearly there is here there smaller flaws what the condition regards but I'm not in the vacation after so much to or pleased to excite as you will find in every hotel always something.
