The hotel is very central, has a very good value for money, is very clean and very friendly staff ( the boss begun up to the charwoman). Very nice breakfast room on the 4th floor with a big selection of food. Only Nachtail to our families-room was, that it quite dark.
It is possible, the car in the garage parking, however it costs Euro 15 p. t. but otherwise really recommendable! … read more

The route to the hotel is a bit of an inconvenience, but you will be in the thick of Grado-it doesn't go more central.
Right in the pedestrian precinct convenient, one reaches various shops, the beach, as well as the beautiful old town of Grado on foot in just a few minutes.
Every room this small, informally run hotels looks differently or makes a other impression.
Level one to three are the rooms reserved. The breakfast there are in buffet form on the fourth floor.

It was a great vacation. A few steps to go in front of the hotel and you are right in the middle of the pedestrian district, but having said that the rooms were quiet. From the deck at the top of the hotel has a beautiful panorama view over the sea and near Grado. Breakfast can be on the 4th floor. Floor on the terrace, shame they the not in accordance with 5. This hotel is very good for a short beach break. The location is very central and the beach is only about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The bathroom is because of the lack of size on the downside rate. It could be that we the room with the smallest bathroom got due to the rather short-term booking.
