The staff was very attentive and friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was done well but still improvable. With english one gets ahead everywhere (at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant). As a bonus, it should be noted, that our departure day during our wait for the transfer bus without asking cooled, wet towels to erfischung got.There's a restaurant and two bars. We only booked with breakfast. This was not very varied and quality nothing special high quality. Were already three times at samui buri and must in the previous reviews mentioned criticisms unfortunately totally agree.
Our stay started, that on arrival the hotel with a wild mob chinese was overbooked, we one night in a villa to sleep in, and through the changing on the next day some valuable time was lost.
The room, specially the bathroom, is now but a swift overhaul.
Still a dream the fantastic gardens. Perhaps they should the gardeners with the support of other hotel area this subject.
The staff at breakfast were was up to two commendable exceptions rude, uninterested and uninspiring.

A really very nice property, but with some things, the really could be improved. With our room we were satisfied, even if the a or other body in the room already a bit shabby is. What has disturbed us, was for example the service for breakfast, the eternal wait for the coffee. Breakfast gives it from 6:30 a. m. and coffee then from 6:55 a. m. ☺ this is annoying. For us was the service for breakfast bad. The service staff were inattentive, disorganized, unmotivated and unprofessional. Under friendliness we also understand something else. The room number was always immediately asked, but not, if one needs dte or coffee.
We wanted us once at 12:00 o'clock the beach or pool, however only under an umbrella. Since no more screen were free we have a staff addressed. We were put off, the in this situation remains feasible. That we have with a service receptionist complained. The service is very ambitious enough. The waiters/inside show little interest the guests eager to please.nullSize and facilities the room is good. We had partly dirty and tattered bathing and towels.The hotel was from us because of the good reviews in the past chosen. Unfortunately, the positive assessments are not comprehensible. The hotel was years nice hotel, nestled in a great garden. Today is everything badly in need of renovation. The rooms are satisfactory, the beds good with a nice selection of pillows.
Extremely unacceptable are the dogs and cats, the not only in the hotel, but also obviously completely undisturbed … read more
