Staff spoke as good as no German, but nevertheless everything worked and everyone was friendly. Cleaning of the rooms wasn't so great. Once we completely forgot and really clean it is not, if the days of the first day on the floor on fourth day still thereBeautiful big restaurant, with very good breakfasts three stars.Were with our room completely satisfied. Size was large enough. The bathroom is very big, huge shower in the 6 persons fit. Everything is still fairly new.The hotel has a good appearance. Very friendly, accommodating staff! Speak more English than German. Child care in the mini club, cleaning of the rooms great!' other countries, other customs ', local kitchen, everything very sweet ( especially breakfast). Dinner ( outside by the pool) we only had 2 nights in the hotel, massive buffet with many salads, chicken and beef from the grill, as a side dish generally bread and rice. Everything tasted delicious!Room very big with a balcony, clean, air-conditioned, telephone, hair dryer, dresser and wardrobe included safe ( costs extra). Were always nicely treated, the entertainers you had to little while vigorously reject otherwise you not any more los.Had only breakfast, was ok but not very tasty, but there were coffee and tea and cold drinks free!Always clean, fresh towels!
Room could have been a little lighting,.Is in the locals district, little secluded from geschehns!You can table tennis, pool and so what to play however therefor pay ( fully unnecessary)Too far from the dirty beach away.

We were just 2 weeks since, and were very surprised, that the bathroom was so big and in particular very clean and modern... Itself the room was general very big, also the balcony, the staff in the hotel was always nice and helpful. The way to the beach is in 10 minutes survived and various beach sections the you could choose from... Bars, shops and so on were at around de corner! Next year we will again in Turkey travel, only much longer, 8 days are too short... … read more

Hello altogether was all great about the hotel,
However very important to us when we arrived the room was fully ungereingt, I can prove with pictures because of dirt and hair to find, really everywhere furthermore nastiest stench. After complaining improved the cleaning of the rooms eIG from day to day. We were very fond and have it easily seen since otherwise all great was. - What the hotel offersOur hotel which can not be seperated from the sun, sea, entertainment and historical elements is directly located in Alanya on the Pearl of the Mediterranean coast.
- LocationThe distance to the city is 15 minutes by the walk and to the beach 5 minutes.
- AccommodationThe hotel has a total of 92 rooms and a bed capacity of 304 beds. All our rooms are equipped with balcony, large and orthopedic beds, Sat TV, Phone, Minibar, Split-Aircondition ( hot and cold), Hairdryer and Shower with Shower Stalls. Our rooms are generally geared to the needs of families: 64 rooms for 4 persons with a connecting door which especially suitable for families which young childrens. While we have for our younger guest 20 Doublerooms for 2 persons and 8 Singlerooms.
- Food and DrinkIn our restaurant which is set for 350 guests will be offered high-quality Turkish and international dishes. The all-inclusive system is available between 09:00-23:00 o'clock and included all domestic drinks, snacks and meals.
- LeisureWe have a swimmingpool with the size over 121 m2 and also for our younger guests is a separate children's pool available. Throughout the day our guest can use the Turkish Bath, Sauna, our Massage-Salon, various sport equipments, tabletennis, darts and many others. For the children the hotel has a own miniclub where the parents can leave the children.
