We booked this hotel as an addition to our flights. were a little skeptical at first because of the reviews. Then had the Planet Hollywood. We were surprised, how friendly the staff was in the lobby. We had a punctures with the rental car and there were all calls to their Mietwagengesellschaft taken as they looked after the repair. Try the time at Planet Hollywood ... It is the big hotels on the strip but compare to a couple of nights in Vegas to spend fine. staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and ok (equipped with a large bed, coffeemaker and coffee pads can take you always, shower, TV). A bit noisy at night, there was some but that's Vegas. About 23 -24 hours but was quiet, no morning cleaning ladies.
