We have already stayed in this hotel once before and had a somewhat larger room as this time. Now the room was but very small and the bed quite narrow. The bathroom/ toilet is against decent size.
The optional available breakfast to the price of 7,50 Euro per person is ok. The staff at breakfast were and at the front desk is friendly and accommodating.
The location of the hotel right next to the main station on arrival with public transportation and inner-city activities just great. … read more

At check in we were on the small entrance area and small front desk somewhat confused, as then the rooms looks are. However then our room as surprisingly large, functional ( amongst others with a safe in the room) and above all quiet ( we had a room in the inner courtyard) out. The breakfast buffet offers enough selection and for this performance of the hotel appropriate. We had in this hotel twice one night booked and paid for, as we on the way to Helgoland and back in Hamburg jweils one night wanted to spend. We had booked over hrs and both nights from the hotel also from our credit card. One wanted us however the room for the second night not, although we all documents presented. Supposedly you knew of nothing. At the front desk you had us wait 2 hours let stand, because one would have allegedly it is, the thing with hrs at clear up - without score. We had to leave the not out quickly hotel room search, as our hotel was overbooked.
We were glad, when we found something had.
Next time we would longer, as we a double room, with a view of the courtyard with garbage, 120 Euro without breakfast pay had. At the reception we were not straight welcomed friendly, maybe it was the language 'German' also a problem for the employee.
