Wow, we slept like on clouds. That was maybe a comfortable bed! Our room was to the busy street out, but we have heard nothing (very good isolated windows). The service was can't be beat. Excellent english and always around the well-being. There were restaurant advice and also reservation by phone. On the first evening it poured like from buckets, as the nice guy at the front desk its own private umbrella given (although his service has ended, before we go back to the hotel could return ) this is what i call total use! We have used the hotel only for overnight accomodation/breakfast. But it has right on each case. For Italian conditions good breakfast; room (1. Floor) were OK; double room-bathroom was OK; bathroom in 3-Bett room just to small!; Cleanliness Okay; noise due to the location, but with the windows closed it was OK; great location for city break, within walking distance of everything; small city Park to the corner; private parking garage 20.00 euro per night in the nearby super, since otherwise no parking available; service OK; price/performance ratio for this city and this time was great, we would book again … read more

The hotel is a good rapallo city hotel in a relatively central location. To the main station (Santa Maria novella) one runs about ten minutes, the slebe mür to the city center. Since Florence is rather small, all attractions are also easy to reach, except to the Uffizi, for example, it is a walk of about 1 kilometer.
General renovation has the hotel small, the plaster peeling from the exterior of the hotel and also in the rooms is in places the wallpaper. I think the but not further bad, our room was still very clean, it was cleaned every day … read more
