From the state of the hotel we were very disappointed. The windows were leaky and everything quite run down. The size from rooms and bathroom was a joke. Room had about 6,5 square meters, bathroom was so small, that the door open had to, if you want to the washbasin wanted. Everything was bearable, since we only in the hotel were, to sleep or food. We have used this hotel to stay. The room was very small but functional. It was clean, the bed was big and you could good sleep. Kettle were available, so that you every day tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is very thoroughly cleaned every day, towels every day. We didn't go for a breakfast, but we could have breakfast at the hotel on request without problems. Breakfast was simple but pleasant and enough for us. The service is absolutely terrible. There was complications with our booking in respect of the breakfast. There was no compromise or no evidence of an initiated efforts to solve the problem. Everything what we got was a "no". We would very delicious in town for breakfast. The Marco Polo guide book contains some very good kept secrets! Gastronomy wasn't available except for this breakfast room in the basement. The shock arrived in the room. Very small but clean room, unfortunately somewhat noisy environment. The bathroom was ... Very small, was daily cleaned well, but we had daily fresh coffee and milk in the room, the beds were made and of course fresh towels. Not a hotel to spend much time to stay here, but for a couple of nights good and cheap. Great served by the Paddington station. … read more
