  The hotel is located beside the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, which stretches along the Gulf of Mexico on the west coast of Florida. It lies opposite Port Everglades and the beach is only a short ride away in the water taxi. It is in close proximity to a multitude of leisure options, including Broward County Convention Center, Port Everglades and the beautiful beaches of Fort Lauderdale.
• Facilities
  The hotel has a total of 380 rooms spread over 2 buildings. Guests are offered a lobby with a lift, a cloakroom, a safe, a currency exchange desk and 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a newspaper stand and a hairdresser. The choice of six restaurants and lounges gives guests a wide range of food and different atmospheres, from casual to elegant, from which to select. Guests may also take advantage of the hotel's room service, laundry service (for an additional fee) and onsite parking. Further amenities include 2325 m² of flexible function space, including the 279 m² Pier Top, offering panoramic views.
