Be careful, there is, in itself, no appointments. Reservations are not complied with, nobody feels responsible. No little client-orientedAll you have to extra pay. Food okay but constant only buffet. Restaurant rather in the cafeteria flairClean, spacious, with late check out. Good TV entertainmentFor Arabic proportions well, for European standard mediocre. Clean, but you walked his luck afterwards. The staff are zero organized and discussed around first already booked tours were not complied with, for all you have to extra beds!Bad organization. Our booked Tours were just changed or cancelled without any pre-information. Price remained however the same!Interesting, surround sources … read more

- Managers are rude so dont bother with them, try the little guys, they can be more helpful
- When a staff member poured me juice and spill half of it on my sleeve he thought that was … read more

The staff was very, very polite and accommodating. Requests were almost of the lips. The staff noticed our names and preferences (for example, coffee for breakfast, the square at the Dinner...)
The hotel is located in a very isolated in a ravine! For us it was more of a plus since we were looking for peace and quiet, some can be a problem.
To the next town (madaba) is about 25 minutes drive.
The hotel offers a great many trips, has its own transport service or organized on request taxis.
Lastly, I have to say that our holiday this hotel was perfect and we … read more
