The waiters was mostly very unfriendly.
We, two women, were either not at all served or only very slow. At the bars were generally men first after their desires was asked.
Foreign languages skills - Russian (partly fluent), Italian, English and a few little GermanThere was a theme evening every evening-Russian, English, asian, grill and so on.
I have the dishes typical of the country missing.
Choice of the fruit- respectively salad bar not large respectively every day directly.

Our stay the Sierra was perfect! We were either at the beautiful pool or at the hotel beach at the sea. The entertainment during the day was also great.
Drinks and cocktails were also super. For the food there was daily another nationality, whereas it nevertheless always something similar but it was nevertheless good. Breakfast super and the burgers and pizzas at the snack bars were also delicious.
The rooms were always clean and for some tip one still really hard.
The hotel has a great spa area (coupons in all-inclusive), a wonderful area with great pools a Midget Golf-capacity.

super friendly staff, very accommodating and always addressed the desires of the guests.
Language skills are at almost every staff: English and Russian, a few German.cleanliness and hygiene were great. Extra Hygienepersonal, the storage (temperature) the right to control.
A buffet restaurant in the hotel, apart from that in the Soho square still restaurants, with all possible different directions, for example Pasta, pizza, Chinese, Lebanese, Egyptian, Spanish, cockerel, fish... Everything all inclusive

The hotel area was very well-kept, the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The tourists were mainly from Russia, Arabs, British and Dutch. The area is very European Soho, one didn't have to negotiate on prices. As all inclusive guest gets Sierra in two bars Gratisgetränke. Very decent hotel, wonderful pool area, unfortunately only Russians, we were the only German. Beach section too small, when the hotel is full, otherwise leisure in the new Soho maile directly behind the hotel, there are also in the night club, the roads and the Irish pub coffee drinks until 1:00 the o'clock all inclusive. The shuttle bus transfer next tourists Namia beach 16 kilometer away maile was free. You can the hotel recommend but you should speak English.
