This hotel has its best times for a long time behind itself and is not a 3 star. The shows in the shabby rooms and the Asian atypical indifference of the staff. Breakfast is ok. But you have the feeling you are in a youth hostel with through traffic. Everything you have to get them ourselves, even the coffee and the for 3 stars? That it is a high rise building acts, is the view from the upper floors great. The location itself is not so great-for a beach vacation in our opinion not recommendable, since the beach nothing special nice. The room equipment is good; since it is the former apartments acts, there is a small kitchenette, which we however not needed. From the balcony we had a beautiful view over the sea and the place. We were here as a part of a round trip for 2 nights and for this stay the hotel is suitable. … read more

Breakfast was very. and little selection. The pool was green mold, was much too small and not appealing. The beach was directly reachable from the hotel, from bathing is discouraged, as I already described. Generally, the water quality in many areas of Penang very bad, as there is no water there. A typical City hotel on the edge of town location. 25 floors, three well-functioning elevators, we never had to wait a long time.
Large clean rooms with large balcony with sea view. On the balcony there were two chairs and Table 1. The bathroom was relatively large, with bath and clean shower curtain.
Housekeeping has its work properly.
In the room there was wired connection very good value for money available. At the reception one gets against bail a cable.
