The front desk employees, as well as bar and restaurant staff speak good English and understand it therefore also good. The lady, the us has received, spoke even a little German. We could walk far before the usual check-in time (13:00 has been announced ) our room relate (8 hours!).
However the toilet flush was absolutely broken, the toilet tank was half open, without water and that the components of the spülvorrichtung.
It came not as announced after 5 to 10 minutes someone, to fix it, but only about 30 minutes after a second (!) time afterwards asked. The repair was … read more

From the start in a rough clay spoken and the service with the food was fine.
The reining the room was only odor recognizable. Chlorine!
Otherwise dirty as before. Hair on the way there on the sheets.The hotel is a real impertinence!
It is definitely not recommendable. The three stars are undeserved. It makes from the outside a totally dirty impression and inside. One comes clean and it received a dirty old furniture, the final outcome but still ok. The, spa, area is also reasonable, although it's only a jacuzzi is. I was totally unsatisfied with the hotel. The food didn't taste good at all and many said. I had to spend a lot of money around something else to buy food, although I all inclusive had. The waiters were totally unfriendly and the foreign language skills were not good at all!

The barmaid pleased us best. She gave us her 'special drink' made. Downer was the always for order so you could not even 10 glasses order, but always only one we have from hard plastic cups drank (not the small cheap white, but the larger länglicheren, more glasses similar.
