We would always come back at the same time, since at this period there was relatively little going on in the hotel. I doubt that everything is so good, when it is fully occupied. read hotel review

It was a fantastic holiday. We were there for a week and did lots. Taxis and carriages are available at any time, so you can explore spontaneously and on your own. Excursions from the hotel were very well organized. Everyone should definitely try the spa area - here there are some great deals and it’s super relaxing. This hotel we would recommend without hesitation to everyone! read hotel review

We were there in the autumn holidays, the hotel was at maximum half occupied. and so it was perfect. Always enough sunbeds at the pool and beach, no annoying 'towel reservations' and on the whole somewhat familiar. Perfect position right on the beach! The family room, with two separate bedrooms, was also very pleasant, All the staff - particularly the entertainment team - were very nice and all looked after the guests. Important: a 'no' to any activities was always accepted. The usual sports activities were offered. Positive: the beach volleyball court is actually a 'beach'. The evening entertainment could ... be improved, in our opinion (bingo, Miss/Mister contests, cabaret, Fakir show.). Positive: the events are all open-air, so you can just sit there with a drink anyway, depending on the show. Because of the international angle (England, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Russia and others) the entertainment program is always multi-lingual - but over the course of the day basic English helps. Selection of meals is extensive, but on the whole the food took some getting used to (because of the spices). Nevertheless: there is something for everyone. The restaurant is relatively large and seems a bit unintimate. Tip: definitely get a spot in the fresh air-) We (family with two kids) felt very comfortable and can recommend the hotel. We can't say whether it's as nice in the summer (high season). read hotel review

We changed our booking to the Khayam Garden - we had originally booked to go to Egypt. We enjoyed the holiday very much. The hotel has recently been renovated (a few things are still not ready), the size of the standard double room is sufficient, the bathroom is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We were very happy with the food. There was a huge selection of dishes and everything was very tasty. I'm sorry, but those who still find something to complain about, should just stay at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, we only gave ... tips at the end of the holiday but always received a nice and friendly service. If a guest is not very friendly because he/she had to wait for a little while at the bar, then he/she can expect the staff not to be too friendly either. along the lines of: what goes around, comes around. The beach is clean and is tidied every evening. The only thing I didn't like were the stone slabs - but I knew already that they were there. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean and tidy - although there were a few places the cleaning ladies never seemed to check. However, our room was always clean and tidy. Note: We were tricked into exchanging our remaining dinars at the reception before leaving for the airport - this was a mistake. We received at least 10 Euros less than we should have. The excursions offered by ITS are not really great. I can only advise against the catamaran trip. It was a big joke. For about 2 hours on the water, we spent more than 2.5 hours sat on a bus for the outward and return journey. And the catamaran just motored a little way along the coast. And the day trip to Tunis and Sidi Bai Said afterwards was also very stressful. Tunis was the biggest joke; if you're not interested in shopping in very narrow streets, then you should avoid Tunis. Kathargo was historically interesting. And Sidi Bai Said is a beautiful small town - can be highly recommended. However, we spent very little time there. And the worst thing was lunch. Worse than in a large canteen. Food was not really good, there was not really a lot there. We had to sit in an adjacent room without air conditioning and we were ripped off with the drinks - excessively high prices. Therefore excursions can't be recommended! But if you visit Tunisia, then I can only recommend the Khayam Garden! read hotel review

In early october we were in khayam Garden Beach & spa. The front desk was good, the hotel area was in good condition and the rooms were clean, large and spacious. The food was very laxly seasoned and the food repeated very often. The pools were very well maintained and in good condition. The staff at the reception was sometimes very unfriendly, incompetent and unhelpful. read hotel review

After our change from another hotel to this one, we were pleasantly surprised. It looked like it had recently been opened. Friendly reception with a welcome drink. Nice, large room, spacious bathroom. Unfortunately the bathroom door didn't close, as it was warped. Minibar was switched off. Unfortunately one minus - only a thin bed sheet. My girlfriend therefore came home with a cold. The hotel area was very well arranged, pool, outdoor bar, beach and various leisure facilities were present. Nice staff in all areas. Big buffet in the restaurant. Unfortunately it was almost always the same food at lunch ... and dinner. Two rounds in the evening, as there was a lot going on. Sometimes dirty tables and cutlery. Shopping in Hammamet Medina not far away. Always negotiate - 'it's fun to bargain!' Restaurants and cafés around the Medina. The Marina in Hammamet is also worth seeing. Day trips are offered by the tour operators. We opted for Tunis/Carthage/Sidi Bou Said. I expected more from Tunis, we only had an hour free. But what we saw was quite nice - very French. It was simply too hot for Carthage. So it's not so interesting for us any more. Sidi Bou Said would definitely be one of the most beautiful places when the masses of tourists weren't there. Very much exploited for the tourists - big shame read hotel review

The hotel has about 250-300 rooms, thus rather a larger hotel. Check-in was very easy (only a little something fill, finished) then got we only briefly to the meal times explained & then we were immediately directed to our room. Unfortunately we have a information brochure with details, offered, rules and so on. Miss anything. Rooms are large and clean. Wi-fi was included (password we got but not at the reception-this vertröstete us with any concerns with 'tomorrow'. Strange.) But the nice entertainers helped us right away. It is a larger hotel with many rooms. We had still lucky and had not very long walk to our room. It was clean, as i already worse saw. Only the room cleaning, was for me personally, to sluggish. There were neither counters deseamed still mirror. The only thing that was done was, are our beds (no change of bedlinen) and roughly (not everywhere) damp herausgewischt. Wi-fi was free (but you have also only ask!) And the hotel itself was not. Full reception was there, but you could not connect. There are only outside at the pool. Safe was with ... permutuation lock and free - and was not sideways, but only in the closet! (very trustworthy) Our room only had this option. The door had a key (gave it at the reception against fee) At our time there were many families with children there. Dutch, russians, british, swiss, a few germans. Let's start with check-in. We arrived at noon and are not even the front desk come. Instead we had to on the sofa at the entrance take a seat. Then came the lady at the front desk - spoke no german, - with a note which we fill had (good that we pens with us!). And then there was a welcome drink (with ice cubes). When we were done, it took a few minutes then we were given our card and a short sätzchen when food is. Where however is said that she only when i inquired. We were then to our room. Since we had to say, that the balcony door does not close! There was no information which point the front desk, so i had to go down and say, that a technician will come. Since then a gentleman with the little german and told us, the technician therefore care. In the evening it was still not fixed! Then i went back and i think only, because the technician at the moment passed them it was so fast. He came with the something was missing, fetched the part, screwed and calibrated 15 minutes and then lock the door finally! This lasted until the next day! The travel line said then the 3. day the you fix it is! Hardly anyone could speak german there! The typical words please thank you etc. Went with some. With english you have better service defendendo! Room cleaning - as already described above - was more shine than reality! Roughly the main course from balcony door to door wiped and made the beds tidy, that was it! New bed linens were not, 2 times there was no new toilet paper! We want to test, whether the tables be wiped and put a flyer on a certain small grain. It was then also still there. On the last day, my toothbrush holder (the hotel) where my brush it was decided with half wilted rose refilled. Thanks - i rinsed so much my mouth.

We ended up in Enfidha. There picked us up a minibus from, since we were the only ones. Transfer was about 50-60 minutes, as no other hotels had to be driven to. Beware - at the airport waiting already bell boy then tip requested. Bags and clear answer in the negative, then let you in peace. The 'distance' to the beach could have been closer to not be. But who purchase possibilities or similar searches, finds long! Up to the shop from the hotel there is not much! We stayed at the gate after the next bazaar/market asked. This told us about 1 kilometer (says each). We are evenings after the food losmarschiert. Hardly a people we saw, what little was uncanny. After about 1.5 kilometer we met on german speaking guests a telephone were looking for. This told us that it was still a piece is to the shops. Ultimately i asked a policeman. And see there, this also said 1 kilometer. We will have a market. There was not a lot of choice and it remained in a bowl. Much pottery and Tunisia is well known, toys and garments. Oh and colorized chick. In all colors! I was so shocked, i first stopped and with a large elbow around am. The market was rather strenuous, as they all richtubgen with its scooters durchgefetzt are. You had the whole time to see, that you no runs!

There were 2 single beds together (double bed probably) and a sofa. You had a child, the sofa was the bed. Closet was big enough for 2. counter space in the bathroom missing and towel hooks. Just before the mirror could one things stand up - toothbrush etc. More also not. My beauty case hiked always back and forth. Towels hung directly at the foot of the bathtub (no shower) with tons of space in the bathroom. Refrigerator was present and air-conditioning. Worked both perfect. Clothes rails on the balcony would have been nice. We once had a shirt from the balcone over us there and our hand towel was located in the garden, since it at night windy.

The evening entertainment was great (multi-lingual - everything was in each language were translated what is happening now and the shows were english which was great). Always something else, from musicals to sketches small games with the guests everything was there. Once there was a fakir show has been booked. The child care i couldn't really say much. I think there was 3 or 4 entertainers, the small - and the very sweet. The children, together with those played and bit just talked. Swings looked good and the house was affectionately painted. The night before the show for the adults, always a kids disco on the stage been. The pool with the slides is the entertainment at the many games with the entertainers are held. The main pool called pool for relaxation. Sunbeds was not a problem. Only umbrellas were rare. There were after the breakfast almost all shade couches decided occupied, so that we in the 3. day perforce too ' reservers' were! On the beach you didn't have any problems at any time a couch to get! There was almost no one. Unfortunately, the way in the water with many stones/rocks in the water. It is not the hotel's fault, it is nature. The sand was not so nice to run as much branches were included!

Restaurant was good. Mostly had one plates or burned almost the finger to it! Cutlery and drinks could also the one or the other time to wait or arrived, after someone approached. Napkins were often very dirty. The ice there were only small plastic spoons the you from ice cream parlor knows or there was no and fork had selections. Food was good. Something for everyone. I am very picky about what food is concerned, as i Turkey very bad experience and now abroad very important respect. I always became sated. Recommended (not for the figure) are the small cakes and pies you conjure up! A real treat! The midnight crepes were always by me vernascht. At lunch there was the entertainment still waffles. And in the afternoon at the relaxpool crepes.
