The staff's hospitality was exemplary; it was at the front desk speak german. The room was cleaned thoroughly. Child services was not available; but it will be in the hotel s. e. n. mainly guests again, the Prag want to visit. We had in the couple of days our presence no complaints whatsoever to register. It was nice in the hotel, the cleanliness leaves however to be desired. Staff were very friendly and tried very hard. As a wellness hotel not recommendable since only sauna, pool and massage were offered. This massage also lack staff cancelled in the last minute. The hotel has already a few years old and sees one also at the abgeplatzen cleaner on every corner. Price in the restaurant are like in Germany.
