We only stayed one night there, so we have inspected the room not large. The cleanliness was good, a few cobwebs on the ceiling, you have been removed. The windows were in bad condition, the curtain was hanging down. Unfortunately I heard was the problem, the back wall of a permanent water off. The staff offered us a change, the we skipped (Toipa in the ear, it was). The promised free breakfast was not observed, have complained but not more. The perfect hotel for a city break. English country house, best location between the airport and the city center, five minutes from the bus station. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable bar, good, full English breakfast. I'll be back. … read more

nice hotel for a short 2-day trip Edinburgh.
We were traveling with a large group and had breakfast and dinner here. Both meals were not enough. Apart from the fact that there was no continental breakfast (you could live with that), the quantity was but it is not enough. It was so hungry for.
Therefor it was possible to surf the net for free, we had a super nice, large room. Tv with many channels (but no German speaking channels).

The hotel was a beautiful hotel, in order to explore Edinburgh. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are simple but clean. The bathroom is a bit worn and could use a renovation. The breakfast is typical English.
With the bus one is within a few minutes in the centre. The bus station is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and is easily accessible within a few minutes walking distance. Also easy access to the airport bus Airlink is great. Station Murray field is the bus stop for the hotel. … read more
