Nice and cheap place to stay for a city break. Unfortunately, we had an apartment, which was very dirty ;, although the room specially before our check-in been cleaned:-(Our socks were only dirt; there the next day, the room cleaning there was still time. Also in the bathroom was very much mold in the shower area. A Shame! Otherwise the 50 flats leaves a good impression! … read more

Location
This aparthotel is ideally located a short distance from the centre of Valencia, close to the old town area of the city. It is only 50 m from the closest subway station, Angel Guimera, and from the Park de la Cultura. The popular bohemian neighbourhood of El Carmen, the train station and the most important monuments of the city are located only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Guests will find easy access to restaurants, pubs, discos, shops and the public transport network. Points of interest may include the beach in Mavarrosa, roughly 3.5 km away, Ciudad de las Artes e las Ciencias, around 5 km away, the Valencia fair, approximately 12 km away, and Albufera Lake, 15 km from the hotel. Valencia Airport is only a 15-minute drive from the hotel (approximately 8 km) and El Altet Airport is located roughly 170 km from the hotel.
Facilities
This 6-storey building was recently built in 2008 and comprises 46 apartments. The residence offers a sun terrace on the upper floor, which is used in summer as a chill-out area and is open to all guests. The air-conditioned aparthotel also offers 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, WLAN Internet access and 24-hour security.
