The exceptional personal service is the hallmark of the tugu. All employees tried very, the wishes of the guests to fulfill.The gastronomy the tugu is a outstanding rating. It would be seven or 8. suns, that would be justified. So a creativity and quality of the dishes we booked on the world not yet met. You can hardly words to describe. Some of the employees from the front desk and trainees in the restaurant searching for tip!Everything great: good choice and nice ambiance!Clean, but construction defects i already described!The tugu is undoubtedly a very chic hotel, but there were also a few drawbacks.
In may 2011 we were for the first time there, lived a week in the aloon - aloon garden villa with a small pool (plunge pool) and were completely contented. Perfect in every way. Very nice, courteous and helpful staff, everyone was tried and even if' s sometimes lasted longer, was this not a problem. Good knowledge of English, cleaning of the rooms & Laundry in the best way.
The majority of the guests in the( open, but covered) restaurant eaten, a wonderful 'hall', a absolute Clacker and difficult to describe. One had view of the see and on a huge large statue, in a tree has been incorporated, it is not easy to describe...
