You have to clearly say, that it really is only a convenient place to stay and not a 'full service Hotel'. Everything was clean and the staff at the front desk were two nice.
Our room was very simply and appropriately equipped (bed, chair, small table, small tv and a very small bathroom) but for a night (in Alicante) it was adequate.
Small breakfast in the morning offered (cost extra, was fresh).
