The staff at the hotel was friendly.
With english one can inform oneself well. A receptionist was a german, the its traineezeit there spent.
The cleaning of the rooms was only moderately.
Under the couch were still empty bottles from the previous tourist.
The handling of complaints i can only as a poor rate.
Because we a room right on the elevator, i had to a room in a quieter area asked.
The staff, the for the room reservation was responsible had promised, that you take care of it wanted, but then from on the other day after excuse.

The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and always helpful. The rooms are huge and offer a great comfort. A large flaw is, that the hotel no own beach area has, so you always with other hotels for sun lounger 'beg' needs to go. Manager of the hotel Rolf ( Swiss) and his team make every effort, the stay to make everything as pleasant as possible. Very friendly dealing with guests with outstanding breakfast. There hotel on the hill, each way by golf car's and free shuttle bus in the place by attentive staff relieved. Hotel clean and pool and fitness area over normal level.
Note:
Local short term electricity blackouts and water shortage is there every hotel, Rolf with emergency measures (own reservoirs, and so on) this tendency.

The management and staff make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. Most Thai people can speak some English. It is recommended to learn some of their language/traditions before going so as not to offend them. They are very gentle caring people. Management at KC Resort had a very difficult issue to deal with while we were there.
