Very friendly, helpful staff - here the guest is a king -The dinner buffet was varied with international cuisineThe big room with beautiful balcony is air conditioned, has a large closet with a safe, tv, telephone, a mini bar, desk and a kettle, teabag, Cappuccino. Good Resort! Stayed here in january (4 nights) and february (17 nights) for business. Staff is friendly, neat and very helpful. Rooms are clean, good size with a nice view. Nice restaurant, serving good quality food and drinks. Resort is situated close to the Gizeh Pyramids, Sphinx and other nice tourist places. Visited those in the weekends! We can't recommend this hotel. It was about to start on a nile cruise for sightseeing used. One evening in between (without notice) in the 'bar' two people to music from the band about 4-6 songs sung in moderate quality. At the Check-out we noticed, we therefore for'entertainment' in addition, had to pay. Furthermore, two drinks were charged too much, as we therefor 'accidentally' probably twice and were asked to sign in to many of the sightseeing a bit weary holiday mood was not exactly had controlled.
