  The spa complex is situated in the old part of Pomorie. It borders on the coastal boulevard on one side and the pedestrian centre of the town on the other. Bourgas Airport is approximately 18 km away and Varna Airport is roughly 100 km away.
• Facilities
  This spa complex was built in 2000 and offers a total of 95 rooms and studios. The complex consists of 3 sections, each of which has its own separate cosy lounge, staircase and lift access to the upper floors. The building has six storeys and features stylish architecture, combining the design of a cultural monument with modern construction methods. It also offers excellent insulation and central air conditioning, as well as Internet access. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe. The complex also offers a casino, TV lounge, café, bar and restaurant, as well as a disco. Along with the comfortable lobby bar, this range of facilities makes the complex the ideal place to stay for business travellers, and it is also suited to either private or company meetings. There is a separate room in which events can be arranged, with a capacity of 10 to 60 seats. Additional facilities at the complex include a hairdressing salon and a beauty salon operating throughout the year. For fees, guests can also make use of the room and laundry services, or the bicycle hire service (fees apply to each). Other hotel services include car hire and a car park.

  Guests of the spa complex can enjoy its indoor swimming pool, which is open throughout the year, and also offers a hydro-massage zone for relaxation and revitalisation. During the autumn and winter period, live music is played each night in one of the rooms, whilst during the summer season, guests can simply enjoy the calm and pleasant atmosphere in the cool open-air garden area of the complex.
