The hotel is located in the capital Funchal and is about 2.5 kmvom centre. Directly opposite is a large shopping center, which was (almost) all bases covered. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The hotel room was one of the largest, in which I have stayed. The drive rather could miss bigger and actually have aleady CRT. It was now our fourth stay in the duas Torres the old fashioned hotel you can recommend really no longer, in spite of the gorgeous area and the large, free car park for the hired car. Also the free hotel bus in the city since last year set, from savings. … read more

Good hotel for a reasonable price. The predominant number of apartments with a view of the sea. Directly opposite is the Forum Madeira with numerous shopping possibilities (and a. a supermarket) and restaurants. Restaurants are in a food court designed and rather something for friends of the restaurant system (McDonald's, Doner, pizza). Anyway, we liked it very much. The hotel has it's own car park. For guests without a rental car is directly on the road a bus stop and a taxi rank. … read more

Quick, but impersonal release at the front desk. Will not German spoken.nullthe rooms are the main reason, we do not recommend the hotel: everything shabby, the towels tattered, the wardrobe door stuck, handles were missing from the chest of drawers partly, the hot water heater Kitchenette leaky (it was simply a container including) and was evenings when they return to the brim... No German TV channels on the TV, if one wants to but at least the news Germany see... But the worst were the beds! We choose this hotel again and can only recommend it. We were very pleased with everything! It is to recommend to rent a car, but that should be in Germany. We stayed at Europcar and that was very good! … read more
